Thats always a tough one that people in the upper echelon often struggle to figure out. Trader Joes acts as a better grocery store as they offer meals that can be refrigerated beyond one week and really will have some branded food and snacks that can not be found traditionally.
Now Fresh Market has a great variety of fruits, vegetables, and some really interesting things that are good for grilling and cooking that night for dinner. So in the end it depends entirely on what you are looking for. A dinner for that evening or a long term solution with niche foods.
