Michael Fertik came out with a book on reputation management. Well guess what this guy does not know how to protect his online reputation and somehow he has published a book and has a website that if you type in scam or reviews is innuadted with negative results.
It's an oxy moron if I have ever heard of one. None the less this book is a MUST NOT READ stay away and find somebody who actually knows about reputation management services.
And thats what really grinds my gears today.
